Shipping Information


We will try our best to have your orders shipped out in a timely matter. Our warehouse is open from Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm PST. (excluding holidays) We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Please note that orders can possible take over 72 hours to ship from our warehouse due to our high demand.

The courier we use is UPS. For local delivery, we may use a trusted third party courier. For International orders, we can try to have your order shipped out via UPS International. We will contact you with a quote after you've placed an order. The shipping cost depends on your total order weight and destination. Or if you have a preferred courier or freight forwarder in mind please let us know.

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information via email. If you have any question or further inquiry, feel free to contact us at any time.

For International Orders or places such as HI, AK and PR we may require additional shipping cost since it requires to be mailed via Air. We will use UPS Air, and will provide you with the quote.

 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

For our International Customers, we strongly suggest that you contact your Freight Forwarder to handle your shipment. If you do not have a Freight Forwarder, please check our link called "Freight Directory" for a listings of couriers that we use to ship our International orders. Please be advice that we are not affiliated with these companies. We only listed them on the web site for your convenience.

By default, we ship via UPS International which can reach your destination within 10 - 15 business days. Not including delays which may occur during customs. Please note we are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier complications. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country's custom office.

UPS International can be very expensive when it comes to shipping cost due to the size of the parcel, and to the fact that it's Air Freight. Price in shipping is something that we have no control of. We encourage our International customers to think about Ocean Freight as an alternative way when placing your orders. This is very cost efficient if you do not need to receive your order within 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not work with USPS. If you choose to have your Freight Forwarder to handle your shipment, please provide the contact name and phone number to our shipping department and we will make arrangement to schedule a pick up from our warehouse. We don't allow customers to call and schedule pick up for us.
