If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any items for a refund or exchange. Applying for RMA# must be made within 2 weeks upon receipt of misplaced goods. (Be aware that a restocking fee of 15% fee will be implemented from your refund; shipping cost cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the return of the goods.) You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and request a replacement item during the return. Be advise that fulfilling exchange request are subject to inventory availability at the time the return is received. All clearance items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Request for refunds not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise such as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable merchandise returned due to the customers' error will be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges.  Any returns due to non-damage, only store credit will be issued. Most refunds are processed within seven to ten business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.

Before returning a merchandise, you are required to download our RMA  Request Form located at "Downloadble Items" page of our site. Once you've downloaded the form from our site, proceed to contact our RMA Department to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns without an RMA number attached on the package will be refused. All returns must be in it's original box and condition or it will not be accepted.
