Applying for RMA# must be made within 2 weeks upon receipt of misplaced goods. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be implemented from your refund; shipping cost cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the return of the goods.
Request for refunds not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise such as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable merchandise returned due to the customers' error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges. Any returns due to non-damage will result to account credit only.
Most refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your refund/exchange details. Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a couple business days for the credit to reflect to your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us right away and we will have this resolved for you. All defective items will be inspected by our Quality Control team. We will require proof such as photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. East Lion Corp. is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, etc).
If you purchased our shoes from a local store, you must go back to the store you purchased from to request a return. We are not able to process your returns at our office.
Before returning a merchandise, you are required to download our RMA Request Form page.
Once you've downloaded the form from our site, please email Customer Service to for RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returns without an RMA # attached on the package will be refused. All returns must be in its original box and condition or it will not be accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
In order to obtain service on your merchandise, an RMA # must be obtained from EAST LION CORP. Applying for RMA# must be made within 2 weeks upon receipt of misplaced goods and within 3 months upon receipt of defective goods. Also, the merchandise must be received within 2 weeks after issuance of RMA number. In order to take advantage of the RMA policy, the following procedures must take place.
Only items submitted in this request with a CASE # or Pairs may returned, freight prepaid, with a copy of your original invoice and notice detailing the problems found. Post the RMA/CASE number clearly on the outside of the carton and on mailing label. All other items will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns will also be refused.
Items being returned must be in the new and resalable condition. This means it must be returned in original packaging. $10.00 per carton will be charged if no original box returns with merchandise. Any returned merchandise which does not meet the requirements of our return policy is subject to fifteen percent (15%) or higher restocking charge. Any merchandise returned or exchanged must be approved by EAST LION CORP.
No full refund will be issued if defective merchandise is claim after 3 months of receiving. There is only 75% refund when the claim is made within 4-6 months, 50% refund when the claim is made within 7-9 months, 25% refund when claim is made within 10-12 months, no refund at all after one-year claim.
We request that all items returned be checked prior to shipping at your end. If we find that the problem is not our mistake, you will be responsible for a flat fee of $25.00 and all shipping charges. All charges incurred from RMA process are to be paid by COD cashier check only.
NO RMA cross-shipment is allowed. Replacement will not be shipped until we receive evidence of a RMA number. All products will be sent out by UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. “CALL TAG” is not allowed to issue unless otherwise designated.
