When using your own shipping account or labels
Please note a separate label is needed for each item on your order. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages when shipping under your shipping account or labels provided.
All of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Any other options, like delivery to a Residential Address or need the Signature Required option, will have an additional charge.
Please indicate your special requirements on your Order Notes, if any.
You may select expedited shipping services with UPS. Orders will still be processed within 72 hours.

By default, international orders are shipped via UPS International.
UPS international will reach destination within 7-14 days depending on your location. Please note, this doesn’t include any delays that can occur due to foreign customs, weather, etc.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country’s custom office. Your shipping agent will be able to provide you with a more detailed information, including any additional cost that you may incur.
However, for International, we encourage you to have your Freight Forwarder handle your shipment as parcel rates can be very expensive.
If you want to use your own Freight Forwarder, please select I WILL SEND MY FREIGHT COMPANY TO PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE. Customer Service will contact you to obtain your freight forwarder’s contact information. Our Shipping Department will coordinate to have your order picked up at our warehouse and shipped to your country of destination.
